Applying for Building Permits online.

YOU MUST USE CHROME AS YOUR BROWSER TO USE VILLAGE OF NORTHPORT ONLINE PERMITTING SYSTEM. If you don’t have Chrome, please download it here:

The Village of Northport online permitting system partner is City Squared. If you already have an account, there is no need to create a new one. If you don’t have an account, click Login/Register in the top right corner to register. You will get a confirmation email in order to complete your registration. You will not be able to login to apply for permits until you complete the registration process.

Please Note – Convenience Fees for Online Transactions:

• The convenience fee for Visa, MasterCard, Discover & AMEX (Credit/Debit) is 2.65% per transaction with a $2.95 minimum.
• The convenience fee for eChecks/ACH (Optional) is 1.25% per transaction with a $3.00 minimum.
